Lead Generation Sales Specialist - Gpac

We are currently searching for a self-motivated Sales Specialist with a background in lead generation and extensive experience utilizing Salesforce and government search engines. A well-established manufaturing company recognized in the military defense industry is seeking a sales specialist to support continued growth for several key product lines. As a lead generation and sales specialist, your primary responsibility is to drive new business interests with the US Navy and government contractors. Designing and producing and strategic initiatives through lead generation, you will collaborate closely with the sales director to translate strategic priorities into actionable lead-generation initiatives. Qualifications & Skills:

• 4 or more years of experience in a lead generation sales or sales support role
• Minimum of 2 year’s experience with module electronics manufactured electronic products preferred
• Proficient in Salesforce. CRM software platforms
• Ability to handle Salesforce data migrations
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field of study
• Familiarity with lead generation techniques, lead management systems, and online marketing
• Experience in a government contracting environment is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute lead generation activities utilizing Salesforce, Beta-Sam, other search engines, email, social media, and cold-calling
• Collaborate with the National Sales Director to translate priorities and campaign concepts into technical execution
• Regularly update and maintain the Salesforce CRM database
• Develop customer profiles/buyer personas, and perform strategic reach outs through email, website, social media, and cold-calling efforts 
• Maintain documentation of lead generation activities, outcomes, and strategies
• Generate regular reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement
• Foster positive relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a positive experience throughout the lead generation process
• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record (travel occasionally to meetings, trade shows, conferences, etc.)
