Scope of Work:
As a Cybersecurity Lead Generation Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and setting up meetings with potential businesses. Additionally, you will mentor up to four junior Business Development Representatives. you will need to track and report on the success of your efforts and continually refine your approach to optimize results. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor junior BDRs
- Utilize ZoomInfo and other market research tools to identify potential Cybersecurity leads
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet company criteria
- Analyze and report on lead generation performance metrics
- Continuously improve lead generation processes and techniques
- Document all activities and interactions in HubSpot
- Set up meeting with potential candidates for the sales team
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
Requirements/Education/Certifications:
- 3 years of experience in the field or Cybersecurity
- 5 years of experience in lead generation through email and telephone outreach
- Minimum 1 year of experience with ZoomInfo and HubSpot
- Must have previous inside sales/lead generation B2B experience. Small business sector a plus
- Experience in mentoring junior team members
- Self-motivated, driven to plan and execute rigorous lead generation activities
- Strong phone prospecting and marketing skills; ability to reach prospects creatively, identify decision makers, handle objections positively and professionally
