About the Job
Were looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Functions Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Fusion applications, with a focus on functional consulting.
Responsibilities
• The consultant will implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS/Fusion applications to meet business requirements
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion application
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM)
• Proven experience in implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, functional configuration and providing solutions to improve business processes using Oracle Fusion functionalities
• Domain expertise in specific areas such as Finance, Manufacturing or HR/Payroll
• Experience in Support Life Cycle and SLA management
• Knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL
• Strong root cause analysis and code debugging skills
• Experience in data migration and integration projects
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and interact effectively with stakeholders and end-users
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is a plus
• Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM/PBCS is a plus
