Located at the End Of The Huntington Beach Pier we are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Crew Members to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
  
• Accurately take and process customer orders.
  
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
  
• Assist with seating arrangements and manage wait times effectively.
  
• Handle customer inquiries and provide menu information.
  
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  
• Process payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
