As developer or Pod lead, the resources should hold below expertise:

Expertise hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, Java Script, React JS, Bootstrap.
Able to connect with their existing backend system.
Code Repository tool is Bit bucket.
Able to implement CI/CD.
Expertise hands-on experience in unit testing tools.
Knowledge or working experience in Google polymer is good to have.
Profound knowledge on working in Progressive Web applications.
Knowledge on Cordova.
