You will play an instrumental role in providing insights into the business and offering recommendations to drive profitable growth. Reporting to the director of Americas enterprise sales FP&A, your responsibilities will include maturing and streamlining financial frameworks to enable increased management rigor across the various dimensions of the business.What You'll DoSeek a deep understanding of data and metrics and establish/scale high standards for accuracyImprove existing financial frameworks and flow of information through innovation and optimization and establish consistent use across the business – planning/budgeting, weekly forecasting, and reporting/analysis for bookings/revenue, headcount, and expensesUtilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the business and present recommendations to leadershipSupport quarterly business reviews with crisp, succinct analysis and storytelling across a complex business covering a wide surface areaBuild financial scenario models to evaluate business cases for profitable growthConduct ad hoc financial analysis to support key initiatives and manage expenseCollaborate with leadership, sales, finance peers, sales operations, and employee experience on improving data-based run-the-business routines and ways of working What You Need to Succeed10+ years professional experience in finance, business intelligence, or related field – software industry and sales finance experience preferredAdvanced analytical abilities with large/complex data sets with high standards for accuracyStrong Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint skills; experience with SFDC, PowerBI, and Anaplan a plusSelf-starter with an inquisitive mind, eager to challenge the status quo and provide recommendationAbility to sort through high complexity and present upshots in easily digestible formatsEffective communicator – strong verbal/written communicationsAbility to multi-task in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environmentComfortable in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolvesStrong collaboratorBachelor's degree in business, finance or related field or equivalent practical experienceOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,700 -- $228,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
