The Lead Financial Analyst Internal Reporting will play a crucial role in supporting the development of enhanced reporting and analytical capabilities within the Finance Solutions & Technology (FST) team, as part of the SigniFi program. SigniFi is a multi-year global finance transformation initiative aimed at bringing the latest technology and best-in-class financial processes to Johnson & Johnson.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Execute program deliverables in alignment with CFIN deployment, providing strategic leadership to shape the future state of management reporting.
§ Work with key partners in Business Unit Finance and business stakeholders to identify internal reporting improvement priorities, also using insights from external benchmarking.
§ Provide insightful analytics and recommendations to deliver interim and end-state management reporting solutions.
§ Support the squad teams to design and implement innovative solutions and ensure that key business processes and capabilities are designed and deployed in an integrated and effective manner.
§ Partner with Data Design Product Owners and Technical Product Owners.
§ Partner with change management, communications, and training teams.
§ E nsure ongoing integrity of financial data analytics and internal reporting enterprise standards.§ A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Accounting / Finance. Advanced degrees / certifications such as a CPA, CMA, PMP or MBA / Masters are preferred.
§ A minimum 4 years of finance or accounting experience is required.
§ Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) is required.
§ Driven to achieve results and demonstrating hands-on approach is required.
§ Demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset is required.
§ Ability to balance big picture with attention to detail is required.
§ Pro-active in connecting and energized to collaborate across functions. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex information is required.
§ Knowledge of financial planning, reporting, analytics, review processes, SOX and USGAAP is preferred.
§ Diverse experience obtained in Finance roles in multiple business units is preferred.
§ This position can be based in Beerse (Belgium), Zug (Switzerland), Pinewood (UK), or New Jersey (US). This position may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
The base pay range for this position is $88,000 - $142,600
The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
