We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Facilities Engineers. As a Lead Facilities/Building Engineer, you will be responsible for being responsive to the property owner/management for oversight of facilities maintenance team for ongoing preventive maintenance & repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and safety systems. Your essential job functions will include: - Background as a well-rounded Journeyman in a mechanical trade - Strong customer service and organizational skills - Repairing or replacing faulty components or parts - Installing new HVAC systems and ensuring their proper functioning
To excel in this position, you must have the following skills: - High School Diploma or equivalent with strong written and verbal English skills - Certifications/Training in HVAC/PLUMBING/ELECTRICAL - Computer and Smart Phone Applications proficiencies - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a building engineer role - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Valid driver's license - Clean driving record In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer experience-based pay, health insurance, dental and vision coverage, paid time off (because everyone needs a break), and a flexible work schedule.
