Job Details
- Senior or Lead Estimator experience.
- Experience bidding and preparing packages for life science, laboratory, or Pharmaceutical projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with ownership, development, architecture and general contractors.
- Strong technical skills, on-screen take-offs, etc.
