Job Title: Lead Environmental Services Technician

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in supervising housekeeping staff.
• Perform routine tasks including trash removal and window washing.
• Execute non-routine tasks such as stripping and waxing floors.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
• Train and mentor new housekeeping staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or environmental services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
