What You'll Do

• Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage a high-performing team of electricians.
• Electrical Expertise: Design, install, and repair electrical systems specific to refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Project Oversight: Coordinate with technicians, clients, and management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical issues in refrigeration and HVAC systems efficiently.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all electrical work meets industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Customer Relations: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing expert guidance and top-notch service.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a licensed electrician with significant experience in refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing a team of electricians or technicians.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Certification: Active electrician license required. Additional HVAC certifications are a plus.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
