Full time schedules on day and evening shifts, includes an every other weekend rotation.
Wage: $17.50 per hour with $2 weekend differential

What You Get To Do:
As a Lead DSP, you are more than just a Direct Support Professional. You will work very closely with our Program Director. A Lead DSP may assist with coordinating a variety of services including, but not limited to individual finances, activities, program services, family involvement, education/vocational programs, health care/nutrition, and household management. The Lead DSP may also be responsible for staff scheduling and assisting the Program Director in maintaining consistency in programming, individual care, and communication with staff and support team members. The Lead DSP is also responsible to carry out the responsibilities and duties of direct support staff during all direct care shifts.
QualificationsWhat Makes You A Great Fit:
- A minimum of two years working with individuals with disabilities and/or one-year of lead staff experience or a two-year degree in a related field.
- Prior experience in residential services preferred.
- Must have good decision making, communication, and time management skills.
- Must be responsible, reliable, and able to carry out job functions without direct supervision. Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Current auto liability insurance
- Reliable transportation
