We are seeking a talented Lead DevOps Engineer, with crypto experience and ideally 1 or more years of experience with Rust. In this role you will build a secure, stable, observable infrastructure. You will hand off to off-shore team at the EOD.

Job Details
We are seeking a talented Lead DevOps Engineer, with crypto experience and ideally 1 or more years of experience with Rust. In this role you will build a secure, stable, observable infrastructure. Requirements:
- 1+ or more years of experience in crypto SaaS or crypto infrastructure
- 3-5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a startup environment (early stage preferred)
- Experience setting up DevOps practices, prioritization, and managing infrastructure design
- Experience with Terraform Iac and clouds AWS & GCP
- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- Experience with Prometheus for monitoring and alerting
- Strong CI/CD experience
- Proficiently implement and manage security protocols across cloud infrastructure, cloud services, global access control measures, & onboarding and off-boarding procedures
- Experience with Rust programming language is highly preferred
Bonus Experience:
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and protocols
- Experience with blockchain security protocols and best practices
- Fluency in Chinese is a big plus
