ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Scientist at our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities: Responsible for cleaning and analyzing large data sets and performing exploratory analysis to understand our data and if it meets project requirements. Work with multiple stakeholders to identify, design, develop and implement advanced analytics projects that track the consumer conversion funnel from start to end. Work with team to provide, interpret, and predict necessary metrics for decision-making. Code with machine learning tools like Python, R, and Scala to synthesize millions of data sets into patterns that answer ad hoc requests and then use Tableau for data visualization. Formulating analytical problems, extracting & analyzing data from multiple systems, summarizing critical findings/insights, and developing a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations. Identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects. Continue learning and discovering new ways to leverage ADP data to create new products and services and find more insights. Learn and apply new techniques within data science that lead to innovations. Be part of a collaborative team, listening to needs, then finding and sharing solutions. Present to both peers and leadership on your projects and findings.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field of study plus 6 years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 4 years of related experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Databricks or AWS Spark and Sagemaker; Python and Jupiter Notebooks; Building NLU or NLP machine learning models; Developing scalable micro-services; Flask; Statistical and data mining techniques, including GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, neural networks, and deep learning social network analysis; Machine learning techniques, including clustering, decision tree learning, and artificial neural networks; Docker; NoSQL Databases such as AWS Elastic Search, OpenSearch or MongoDB; Amazon Services, including S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, RDS, or DynamoDB; Deep Learning Models, including CNN, RNN, LSTM, and Transformers; Large Language Models, including BERT or MPNET.QUALIFIED APPLICANTS: To apply for this position, please respond to requisition 260088 at http://jobs.adp.com.
