- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in statistical software (such as R, SAS) and SQL.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI).
- Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and complex analytical projects.
