Our team is currently looking for an entry-level individual with a customer facing or sales background for a Telecommunications Lead Customer Support Representative position. For this Telecommunications Lead Customer Support Representative position, the role will entail working with our Telecommunications client focusing on customer service and providing a “personal touch" to all customers when presenting products and services available.
We are the leader in the Telecommunications customer service, client service and sales industry. We specialize in tailoring customer service and support, customer renewal, engagement, retention, and customer acquisitions, and processing sales orders. It is a priority for our client to provided with the best customer service with high professionalism, maintain and build quality relationships. This Telecommunications Lead Customer Support Representative job is full-time and involves in-person interaction with customers.
Telecommunications Lead Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage daily with consumers to assess how needs can be met by our telecommunication clients products and services offered
- Provide exceptional customer service and consultation advice hands-on
- Provide superior customer service and support to each individual to increase customer retainment and sales margins
- Process sales orders and completions with the ability to product customers with all information needed after the sale is closed
- Work within a team environment and independently to gain skills within different areas of the business and grow professionally
- Attend training sessions to increase client knowledge and stay up to date with sales tactics
- Additional tasks as required
