Summary
- Job Summary
- Responsible/accountable for day to day operations of a food service operation. Has basic cafeteria, food service, and cash register knowledge. Directs and supervises staff as defined by the Missouri Food Code and to accomplish all daily tasks.

- Preferred: High school diploma or Equivalent
Experience- Required: 1 year of Cooking Experience
Skills
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to follow directions and work together as a team player
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to climb, carry, pull, or push up to 50 pounds
- Able to move quickly
- Food safety and sanitation knowledge
Licensure/Certification/Registration- Preferred: ServSafe certification
