Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM's Transportation group has a position available for an Lead Construction Manager in Rocky Hill, CT.** **The responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following:** + Oversees the day-to-day operations of a large group of employees within a group or on a complex project. + Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to subordinate group. + Supervises the installation of quality control process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques. + Specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment. + Analyzes production limitations and standards. + Prepares and controls quality assurance/ quality control budgets. + Influences budgeting, cost controls, planning, scheduling, and procedural change. + Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** + BA/BS plus 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership + Previous experience managing construction projects ranging in size from approximately $10M - $70M **Preferred Qualifications** + 15 years of relevant construction project management experience is preferred + Previous experience managing rail or DOT projects is helpful **Additional Information** + Sponsorship is not available for this role + Relocation support is not available for this role + This is a hybrid-work model requiring 2-3 days per week in the AECOM office \#LI-SG1 Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
