About the Job
Kalman & Company’s Business Analytics team is seeking motivated, experienced professionals to join our growing team of cost analysts serving Federal and DoD clients. As part of our team, you’ll provide our Government clients with strategic programming, planning, and advisory support services. This position is tied to a contract award targeted in the first quarter of 2025. The salary range for this position is $105K/year-$120K/year depending upon years of relevant experience and the qualifications of the selected applicant.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative coordination and support to customer configuration management / change management (CM) processes.
- Identify / validate tested and approved configuration baselines for customer systems.
- Ensure that baseline configuration modifications comply with internal and external requirements and organizational goals.
- Support and provide leadership for stakeholder Configuration Control Boards, Engineering Review Boards, and other stakeholder teams as designated.
- Lead processes for Requests for Change, Engineering Change Requests and Field Change Requests
- Update required documentation and develop required artifacts, as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- US Citizenship is required.
- An Active Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience performing Change Management / Configuration Management for Federal or DoD customers
- Solid experience with version control systems and basic configuration management tools.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate configuration records and supporting audits.
- Experience leading CM processes for Government or DoD customers under supervision, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
- Ability to document and track change requests and approvals within CM systems.
- Familiarity with DoD regulations and basic compliance standards.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel or SharePoint for tracking configuration changes
