As their portfolio expands, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Manager to lead key projects in the Miami area.
In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of commercial construction projects. With a strong focus on maintaining budgets and meeting deadlines, you will be a vital contributor to the team’s continued success and reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead and supervise commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor construction progress to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Optimize resource allocation for project efficiency and cost management.
- Lead teams effectively, promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction management, preferably in the Miami or broader Florida market.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, AutoCAD, or MS Projects.
- Certifications like PMP or OSHA are advantageous.
- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and LEED certification is a plus.
