Montclare Supportive Living is seeking a Lead Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Under the direct supervision of the Director ofNursing (DON), creates and coordinates the nursing aide schedule, ensuringefficient staffing levels are met
- Assists with various clerical duties asrequested
- Provide assistance with Activities of DailyLiving (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
- Report changes in resident health status to the clinicalteam
- Connect with residents and family members in acompassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
- Engage in continuous learning and developmentopportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars,staff meetings, and other learning experiences
- Comply with all rules and regulations regardingconfidentiality and privacy of resident information
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or GED equivalent required
- Current certification from an accreditedCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
