Lead Clinician - BCBA, Behavioral Health. - Pathlight Group.

We are seeking a Lead Clinician - BCBA Behavioral Health for a residential clinical program, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for nights and weekends. The role involves developing and implementing behavior plans, conducting assessments, and analyzing data to ensure alignment between plans and observed behaviors. The clinician will report to the Director of Clinical Services and supervise a Behavior Specialist.

Applicants must be PBS Qualified Clinicians, licensed in Massachusetts as a psychologist, independent clinical social worker, applied behavior analyst, or other specified roles, with at least three years of relevant training and clinical experience in treating individuals with developmental disabilities.
