About the Job

We are seeking a Lead Clinician - BCBA Behavioral Health for a residential clinical program, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for nights and weekends. The role involves developing and implementing behavior plans, conducting assessments, and analyzing data, while ensuring alignment between written plans and observed behaviors. The clinician will report to the Director of Clinical Services and supervise a Behavior Specialist.

Must be a PBS Qualified Clinician, licensed in Massachusetts as a psychologist, social worker, applied behavior analyst, or similar.

Requires three years of training and clinical experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Location: Greenfield, MA, with travel within Franklin County.

Salary range: $66,726.40-$72,196.80, with potential hiring bonuses.
