Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project plans.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project needs, address questions, and provide regular updates.
• Supervise and direct carpentry crew, ensuring productivity, safety, and precision.
• Work alongside subcontractors, designers, and project managers to coordinate workflow and deliver on project timelines.
• Manage job site logistics, including materials, tools, and team coordination.
• Conduct site assessments and troubleshoot project challenges, providing solutions to maintain project integrity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in residential carpentry, with a focus on remodeling.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of residential carpentry, including framing, drywall, cabinetry, and finish work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and detailed construction documents.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, crew members, and project managers.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• MA CSL license preferred

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range: $35 - $40 per hour, based on experience.
• PTO.
