About the Job
The primary mission of the Lead Business Analyst role is to help our business evolve into an insights-driven organization. The position sits in our Emerging Technologies and Advanced Analytics Solutions, which aims to disrupt our industry with emerging technologies and data science solutions that drive sustainable competitive advantage for Lennar. The Lead Business Analyst will capture business requirements, conduct in-depth analysis of moderate-level data capabilities, and manage projects to successful completion. You will work closely with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of technology solutions.
Responsibilities:- Capture Business Requirements: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for technology projects.
- Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of moderate-level data capabilities, extracting valuable insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in relevant tools and software for business analysis, data analysis, and project management such as Microsoft Office Products, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
- Experience in specific programming languages, such as Python, SQL, Java, C++ is a plus.
- Project management expertise, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, can present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and transform them into compelling stories that drive consensus and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Craft compelling presentations to effectively communicate complex business challenges, strategies, and solutions to diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, outlining product features, functionalities, and best practices to facilite user understanding and adoption.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-6+ years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, or a comparable role within a technology organization.
- Relevant certifications, such as CBAP, PMP will be a plus.

- Creative self-starter who can analyze, interpret and derive insights, and communicate those to drive change in business.
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies

Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Product Analyst, Digital Marketing to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
