Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team. The Lead Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving business process improvements, analyzing complex data, and leading a team of analysts to ensure the successful delivery of business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of working on large-scale projects.
Essential Functions:
+ Leadership and Team Management:
+ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business analysts.
+ Lead and manage business analysis activities for multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
+ Stakeholder Engagement:
+ Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and IT teams, to gather and analyze requirements.
+ Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
+ Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
+ Project Management:
+ Assist project managers with planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
+ Track project progress and report on key metrics.
+ Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
+ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
+ Change Management:
+ Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
+ Provide training and support to end-users.
+ Monitor and address user feedback post-implementation.
+ Quality Assurance:
+ Ensure that business requirements are thoroughly tested and meet the necessary quality standards.
+ Work closely with QA teams to develop test plans and strategies.
+ Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure issues are identified and resolved promptly.
+ Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
+ Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
+ Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualification:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
+ Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
+ Experience with project management and leading large-scale projects.
+ Proficiency in data analysis, including experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
+ Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
