About the Role:
Job Title: Lead Business Analyst (Healthcare)
Project Summary:
Summary:
- This position will serve as a champion for change and process improvement, driving excellence in Epic and User Story quality and the overall Epic-User Story Life Cycle.
- This role is someone who can rally the team, foster collaboration, and ensure the quality of the work aligns with the program’s goals and vision.
Job requirements:
- Champion change initiatives and drive process improvements within the program.
- Lead efforts to enhance the quality of Epics and User Stories, ensuring they meet predefined standards.
- Provide guidance and support to the teams on Jira best practices for efficient program management.
- Facilitate and coach others on how to facilitate well-run meetings, ensuring meetings are productive and aligned with objectives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline the Epic to User Story lifecycle and implement efficiencies.
- Support the teams in forming cohesive working relationships and fostering a collaborative environment
Preferred job requirements:
- Healthcare Background
- Strong experience with Epics and User Stories
- Strong with Jira and Rally
Location: Chicago, IL (3 days onsite a week)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 – $135,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
