Our restaurant group, Castellucci Hospitality Group, is a family owned and operated collection of restaurants with six locations in Atlanta and we are very excited to grow this year into Nashville! Our modern Spanish tapas restaurant, The Iberian Pig, will be opening this September in The Gulch area of Nashville. The menu is inspired by the ingredients of the Iberian Peninsula featuring creative tapas and cured meats and cheeses including the famed Jamón Ibérico. Our signature cocktail is a bacon infused whiskey old fashioned, but guests can enjoy red and white sangria and a robust selection of regional wines and our featured sherry offerings.
We are currently hiring aLead Bartender who is expected to display passion and hospitality. Lead Bartenders are responsible for the timely service of food and beverages to our guests by ensuring proper planning of each shift, high levels of communication, beverage menu development, proper execution of systems and having a strong presence behind the bar and in the dining room at all times.

Operations:
- Open and prepare each shift for optimum performance
- Prepare and execute pre-meal notes in regards to beer, wine and cocktails
- Assist in managing beverage inventory and order restaurant alcoholic beverage
- Maintains a clean, organized and above health department-ready environment at all times
- Maintains knowledge of the federal, state and local laws regarding safe alcohol service
Physical Demands:
- Required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces
- Required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times
- Required to be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
