Árdana Food & Drink, an upscale casual, family-owned Mediterranean concept, is seeking a highly skilled Lead Bartender to elevate our guests' dining experience. As a Lead Bartender, you will have the opportunity to recommend beverages, mix classic and innovative cocktails, and ensure our bar is always clean, stocked, and well-organized. Join us in creating loving memories for our guests and fostering a positive environment for both guests and team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Taking and serving orders
- Preparing beverages for customers
- Recommending beverages based on bar customers' needs and preferences
Responsibilities:
- Taking orders and serving drinks and food to bar customers
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mixing classic and innovative cocktails
- Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Nurturing customers to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Making menu recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
- Checking customers' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a bartender
- Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
- A bartending certificate is a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Professional and positive disposition
- Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
