Job Description:
Operate relatively autonomous within procedures, methods and techniques. You will train assembly and evaluation/repair teams to processes and procedures relevant to Client Service Operations.
You are responsible for
• Learning relevant service procedures and processes to become a proficient trainer
• Learning how to navigate through relevant electronic databases
• Training associates in service processes such as assembly and evaluation/repair
• Trainees ability to effectively complete assigned tasks
• Addressing questions from associates during servicing process
• Working in a team environment
• Effectively communicating with assemblers, technicians, engineers, and supervisors as required
• Navigating in Quality System to find appropriate procedures.
• Participating in root cause analysis and problem solving
• Duties and tasks are repetitive.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver training. Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts, conceptually and mechanically (hands-on)
• Have an understanding of electronic and mechanicalprinciples.
• Associate degree (Electrical Engineering Technology background preferred) or minimum of 2 years experience in an area of technical specialization.
• SAP background strongly desired
• Minimum computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Work independently and under supervision and from explicit verbal and written procedures while recognizing a need to complete assigned tasks/responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Basic understanding of problem solving tools/techniques
• Able to receive feedback from supervisors and peers for self-correction and improvement.
