Lead Application Developer - ADP Technology Services, Inc.

ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Application Developer at our Florham Park, NJ location. Responsibilities: Responsible for participating in relevant aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, design, development, testing, reviews, implementation and support. Work within a Scrum team to develop software designs that will be used for new and improved web applications. Work with clients, product managers, architects, and software engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement impactful software solutions that support companies with one to millions of employees. Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write programs, and package, test, configure, and deploy software. Work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement information technology solutions. Develop and enhance software programs and data structures that meet business objectives. Design, develop, test, and refine software deliverables. Review and create system, software, and functional design specifications.WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field of study plus six (6) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and four (4) years of related experience.
