Description:
- Participate in the analysis, design, development, and testing of applications
- Work with teams to review and verify the implementation of applications according to design best practices, performance, and security
- Support data migration activities such as mapping data elements, using ETL tools, and writing stored procedures to migrate data between various databases
- Support the preparation and maintenance of application and security documentation as requested by clients
- Implement functionality and troubleshoot issues using a basic understanding of web development languages, protocols, and technologies (HTML, CSS, HTTP, JSON)
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and client resources on project-related tasks to meet delivery dates
-Develop custom-built applications for public sector clients as well as provide thought leadership, guidance, and assistance in helping shape and grow the Appian Automation services
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Due to federal requirements, this position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates will be required to pass and maintain a government-sponsored security clearance prior to being hired.
- 3+ years of experience in Appian, building solutions and delivering mission-critical applications leveraging Appian platform 17.x and above
- 3+ years' experience in HTML, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, Java Script, Ajax
- 2+ years of relational database experience
- 2++ years of O&M project experience
- Experience in version control systems and code repositories such as Git preferred
Desired Skills:
- 1+ year of Federal Government contracting experience preferred

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
