Overview:
As a Lead Service Technician with Sequoia, your hands on work will be essential to the operation of a multi-million dollar property.
You’re an expert at home remodel and repair. You can rewire electrical switches, know the parts of an HVAC system, and repair appliances. You love troubleshooting and fixing things. When you must call on help for a complex job, you make sure the contractor gets the job done right the first time.

Qualifications:Must haves:
- Positive attitude
- Organization
- Speed
- Sense of humor
- On call availability
- Ability to work Sunday - Thursday schedule (12-5 p.m. Sun; 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. M-Th)
- Superior knowledge of home maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, and painting.
Great to haves:
- Maintenance certification such as CPO or EPA (if you don’t have it, we’ll help you get it)
- General contractor, journeyman, electrician, HVAC, or other skilled trade
- Renovations or construction experience
The compensation range for this role is $30 - $37 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
