About the Job
Major/Essential Functions
- Oversee daily functions of National Student Clearinghouse:
- Enrollment Reporting to NSC
- Research and resolve NSC enrollment reporting discrepancies, error resolution reports, and NSLDS error reports
- Training with NSC technical staff
- Degree and Enrollment Verifications through NSC.
- Direct frequent correspondence with enrollment reporting representatives, the NSC, and Financial Aid to improve reporting processes and resolve enrollment/degree reporting errors.
- Special projects as assigned
