Major/Essential Functions

• Oversee daily functions of National Student Clearinghouse:
  • Enrollment Reporting to NSC
  • Research and resolve NSC enrollment reporting discrepancies, error resolution reports, and NSLDS error reports
  • Training with NSC technical staff
  • Degree and Enrollment Verifications through NSC.
• Direct frequent correspondence with enrollment reporting representatives, the NSC, and Financial Aid to improve reporting processes and resolve enrollment/degree reporting errors. 
• Special projects as assigned
