About the Job

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full or part-time position in our fast-paced community health center's Department of Behavioral Health. The role involves:

Conducting initial behavioral health evaluations and assessments for adult patients.

Developing treatment plans and providing evidence-based therapy.

Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and utilizing telehealth technologies.

Documenting patient progress and ensuring continuity of care.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with no weekends or on-call duties. The position offers a competitive salary ($62,000 - $72,000), excellent benefits including 100% premium-free health coverage, and a $1,500 recruitment incentive. A Master's degree and an unrestricted CT DPH LCSW license are required, with preferred experience in adult outpatient social work.
