Bilingual Spanish Office Assistant Needed in Stamford, CT
Job Purpose:
Maintains office operations by maintaining supplies and equipment; receiving, preparing, and transmitting communications; picking-up and delivering items.
Duties:
Receives, prepares, and transmits communications by preparing and organizing documents for mailing; collecting and mailing correspondence; receiving and distributing communications; copying settlement brochures and other case documentation; forwarding information.
Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; negotiating prices; verifying receipt of orders; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
Maintains equipment by installing supplies; completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment service.
Keeps operations on schedule by picking-up and delivering items.
Maintains mailings by monitoring and purchasing meter fund.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes law firm mission by completing related results as needed.
