Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing top-notch administrative support in a fast-paced legal environment? Our Boston-based firm is seeking a Law Firm Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. 2+ years of administrative experience, either in the legal field or other related professional services will make for a good candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks, including typing, proofreading documents, maintaining files, and answering phones.
Organize and manage attorneys' calendars, including coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling meetings.
Open new matters, help with client and expenses.
Act as a backup for other legal secretaries to support additional attorneys or paralegals during overflow periods.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
