Operations Data and Reporting Analyst with AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC (Thousand Oaks, CA) 

Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Work closely with management, end-users, and IT to analyze business requirements to deliver effective business reporting solutions. Develop and create management reporting, including monthly business review materials and presentations for senior management meetings. Address reporting needs by developing new reports and queries. Review current reports and present recommendations on alternative and incremental automated reports to improve visibility, efficiency, cost improvement, workflow management, and communication. Recommend strategic actions for potential departmental and company improvements. Gather requirements, ask questions, problem solve and extract data and develop a recommendation to provide possible solutions to the business needs. 

Partial remote work offered with position reporting directly to 1 Baxter Way, Suite 300, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362. 

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, Information Systems, or closely related field. 

Requires Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience or Master’s degree and 1 year of experience. Must have some experience in each of the following skills: Structured Query Language(SQL); Visual Basic for Application (VBA); Software Development and Collaboration Tools: Jira Service Desk and Confluence; Mortgage Management Solution Encompass Software; Data Visualization Tools: Tableau and Power BI; Business and Data Analysis; and Python, Excel, and R. 

Salary: $86,362.00 - $98,445.64 per year
