1+ years of recent late-stage collections experience

Bilingual speaker a plus

Automotive Collections experience a plus

Ability to remain calm and provide excellent customer service

Answer customer phone calls

Process customer orders

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues/complaints

Provide excellent customer service

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
