About the Job
We are seeking a technician to support our Additive Manufacturing Lab and Laser Cutting Lab. The ideal candidate will design laser cutting CAD files, operate laser cutting machines, and maintain 3D printers, ensuring all processes meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and optical tasks.
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnose, and maintain equipment and systems.
- Design and operate laser cutting machines (CO2 and fiber lasers).
- Maintain and program Laser Cutters and 3D printing machines.
- Perform all additive manufacturing processes, including machine operation and post-processing.
- Collaborate with team members and provide technical assistance.
- Active Secret Clearance
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of mechanical skills in assembling prototype hardware.
- 5 years of maintaining and cleaning mechanical equipment and lab environments.
- 1-3 years of mechanical design with CAD models (Pro/E/CREO) and GD&T.
- Excellent computer skills.
- 1-3 years of additive manufacturing and laser cutting technologies.
- 2-4 years of handling delicate components for 3D modeling.
