We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Regional Wellbeing Lead: India & APAC to join our team. This role is located either in Pune/Chennai. It is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities: Regional Live Well Lead: India and APAC
Working within the global People Reward team, the regional Wellbeing Lead will develop and deliver the Wellbeing strategy for the India and APAC regions, focusing on physical and psychological wellbeing as well as employee recognition. The two regions vary in size and complexity, with an India headcount of over 17,000 and the smaller APAC region at approx. 1500 employees but distributed across 10 countries. It is expected that activity will be equally distributed across the two regions.
The strategy will align to global objectives, be regionally applicable and evolve evidence-based intervention programs to reduce and address health risks, drive engagement and adhere to our global approach of ‘meeting you in your life moments’.
Program Design
- Lead wellbeing contact for activities across the India and APAC regions.
- Lead vendor relationships (including onsite health center, fitness, preventative health, mental health, personal resilience, recognition)
- Partner with relevant internal stakeholder groups to ensure programs, services and education evolve to provide strategic relevance, align to local trends and adhere to legal requirements.
- Develop evidence-based proposals for new or enhanced market leading programs.
Program Management
- Onsite health, preventative health screenings, vaccinations
- Physical fitness
- Mental health and personal resilience
- Recognition
- Sickness absence
Data analysis
- Monitor program participation to ensure optimal ROI and commerciality.
- Develop and maintain regional data dashboards to demonstrate program impact.
- Project Management
- Project management - focused on delivery of complex and/or cross-regional initiatives.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to deliver wellbeing aspects of capital projects.
Employee Engagement
- Drive quarterly calendar of programs / events.
- Partner with global and local communications partners to drive local engagement and external awareness.
- Collaborate on initiatives with local stakeholders including Employee and Business diversity resource groups, engagement champions, local People Team
- Partner with local stakeholders on wellbeing needs and best practices to encourage engagement and participation.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Experience working across both the India and broader APAC markets.
- Strong organization skills and excellent attention to detail
- Vendor management and market sourcing experience
- Budget management experience
- Writing marketing content experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to leadership groups
- Ability to work under pressure, with multiple stakeholders and to tight deadlines
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues, requiring tact and diplomacy
- Strong sense of personal wellbeing
- Passion for integration to corporate culture
- Team player
- Confident, assertive but approachable and positive
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
