Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Landscaping Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all aspects of landscape construction projects. This role is essential for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage multiple teams across various locations. Assign tasks, set expectations, and encourage collaboration.
• Cost Estimation: Assess project requirements, analyze costs, and develop/manage budgets. Prepare and review contracts and manage purchase orders.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Maintain open communication, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Safety Management: Maintain safe working conditions, enforce safety practices, and inspect job sites for potential hazards.
• Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards. Conduct reviews and oversee testing of installed equipment.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in landscape construction.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Valid Class C California driver’s license.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform medium work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Visual acuity for equipment operation and task inspection.
