Landscaper - The Residence at Dania Beach

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. As a landscaper, you will be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to:

• Lawn maintenance
• Planting and pruning
• Irrigation system installation and maintenance
• Hardscape installation (patios, walkways, etc.)
• General landscaping duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a landscaper
• Knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and machinery
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications or degrees in landscaping or a related field
• Experience with landscape design software
• Knowledge of local plant species and climate conditions
