Crews are dispatched from a main location and use company transportation to get to sites. This is a union-affiliated position (Laborers Local 483, Laborers' International Union of North America).

What you'll do

• Perform physical tasks such as weeding, raking, and carrying materials up to 50 pounds
• Use landscape equipment safely and productively
• Follow instruction of Foreman/Supervisor
• Communicate job site conditions to Foreman/Supervisor
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Other duties as assigned

• Good communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to write and read simple instructions and short correspondence
• Identify with having a disability or significant condition
• Able to walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds in any kind of environmental conditions
• Work independently with little or no supervision
• Must have basic English reading and writing skills
• Must have reliable form of transportation to job
• Landscaping experience preferred
