Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Project Manager position include:

• A background in landscaping or construction project management is preferred but not required.
• Manage and oversee all phases of swimming pool construction and renovation projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors to maintain clear communication and align with company culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Utilize strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address challenges on-site.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for project updates and completion.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus incentive bonuses.
