- Collaborate with account managers to review new work proposals and renewals.
- Coordinate daily schedules, resources, and equipment needs with the operations team.
- Review job costing reports and address production challenges with key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Train crews on production systems, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Conduct job site inspections to uphold Paragon's quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to exceed their expectations.
- Supervise daily work schedules and ensure job orders are executed efficiently.
- Lead weekly team meetings to address challenges and reinforce training.
- Maintain and organize company equipment and vehicles.
- Perform hands-on tasks when necessary to ensure project success.
- Assist with crew performance reviews and growth plans.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a field role or related degree in horticulture.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with landscape industry tools, equipment, and plant materials.
- Licensing: Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Education: HS Diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in horticulture preferred.
