About the Job
- Manage landscape operations (plants, trees, shrubs, hardscapes, fountains)
- Oversee soil preparation, planting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning
- Manage irrigation system and repairs
- Maintain lawns and hedges to specifications
- Implement safe fertilization program for all plants
- Manage pest control and botanical disease prevention
- Execute daily site cleanliness program
- Monitor soil conditions
- Maintain equipment inventory and storage
- Oversee hardscape maintenance
- Cultivate vendor and contractor relationships
- Track and communicate deliverables
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings
- Other duties as assigned
