Position: Maintenance Operations Manager

Location: Savannah, GA

Compensation: $60  $62k plus profit share ranging for $6-11k per year paid quarterly

Hours of Work: 6:30am to 5:30pm M-Th and then Friday is a day of Planning and Scheduling

Description: Our client is an $16 million landscape company with a $4.5mm branch located in Savannah, Ga which provides Commercial Landscape Maintenance and Enhancement Services.

This position will report to the Branch Manager and will oversee the production of maintenance services. They will oversees 8 crews of 3-4 people and will be responsible for the scheduling, routing, quality control, training, motivating, hiring/firing, documenting and making sure that the company is meeting or exceeding the service agreements.

The branch has a 95% client retention rate and the Ops are being handled by the BM. They need to add a new layer and the goal is to grow this branch to $7mm.

They use Aspire Software to manage Operations and their clients consist of Distribution Centers, Churches, Shopping Centers, Apartment Complexes, Condo Associations and other commercial clients.
