Blue Claw Associates Inc, Osterville, MA. Daily transportation provided
from a central location to and from worksites or employee may report
directly to worksite in the following counties: Barnstable City, Bourne,
Brewster, Chatham, Dennis, Eastham, Edgartown, Falmouth, Harwich,
Mashpee, Nantucket, Oak Bluffs, Orleans, Plymouth, Provincetown,
Sandwich, Tisbury, Truro, Wellfleet, Yarmouth. 15 Landscape Laborer
positions available. Temporary, full time position from 04/01/2025
through 12/06/2025, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies,
Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays required, schedule varies, end time
varies. Workers will be paid Weekly at $24.16/hr, $36.24/hr OT,
potential raises/bonuses at employer's discretion based on performance.
Carrying rocks, rake, mulch, weed eating, mow, edging, planting,
digging, yard clean ups, may operate company vehicles (light to medium
duty passenger trucks, 7500-14000 GVW). Able to lift 50lbs. Must be able
to obtain driver's license. No experience required, will train.
Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request. Employer
may provide optional housing upon request and corresponding payroll
deduction, at $225 per week per worker. A single workweek will be used
to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck
required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no
charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If
the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer
will arrange and pay directly for initial transportation and subsistence
costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those
traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to
their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where
the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for
workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back
home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except
where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with
another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement
will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for
the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of
$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with
receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all
visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including
those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Please
