Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in
the following counties: Collin, Dallas, Denton, Johnson, Tarrant. 15 Landscape Laborer positions available.
Temporary, fulltimeposition from 02/10/2025 through 12/09/2025, 7:15am-5:45pm, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies, Monday-Thursday, Rain outdays made up on Fridays if needed.
Workers will be paid Weekly at $18.14-$29.00/hr, $27.21-$43.50/hr OT. Raise/bonus @
employer's discretion. Oppty for higher pay based on exp, driver's license, able to communicate w/clients. Dig holes for plants,
trees; trim shrubs and trees; spread organic fertilizer; install landscape materials, retaining walls under 4 ft, sprinkler systems,
drainage, low voltage lighting and/or move fixtures by installing the transformer, wiring and then the fixtures for low voltage,
landscape lighting; install and/or clean out water features; weed; spread mulch; clean up; may drive/operate equipment and/or
vehicles. Drug testing during employment for cause. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employees citizenship
or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company. Able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to handle tools properly. No
experience required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request. A single workweek will be used
to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide
workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job.
If the worker completes 50 percent of thework contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place ofrecruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to theirresidence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide orpay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.
The amountof transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the
distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day
with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other
related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
